The feature is in beta across Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, Search Ads 360, and the Google Ads API. Google also introduced one-click experiments and previewed Text guidelines for brand safety and creative control.
What is AI Max for Search
AI Max for Search campaigns is a one-click option that brings Google AI into existing Search campaigns. It is designed to fit into current workflows while enabling AI-driven optimizations and asset creation.
Availability and platforms
AI Max for Search is now available worldwide in beta across Google Ads surfaces, including Google Ads Editor and Search Ads 360. API support is documented in the Google Ads API v21 release notes.

Experiments and brand controls
Advertisers can test AI Max using built-in one-click experiments in the campaign workflow.
Text guidelines will help steer AI to generate brand-safe text assets. Google says text guidelines will appear in both AI Max and Performance Max, with broader availability starting this fall.
