Google Analytics has launched a native Reddit Ads integration and a set of lead-generation reporting templates, rolling out worldwide on 23 July 2025.
Reddit Ads integration
Advertisers can now import Reddit Ads cost data directly into Google Analytics through the existing Cost Data Import workflow in the Admin panel. A daily sync brings spend, clicks, and impressions into the Acquisition and Advertising workspaces, allowing side-by-side channel comparisons without third-party tools.
Key details
- Global rollout began 23 July 2025, according to Google.
- Data refreshes once every 24 hours after setup.
- Metrics appear in the Acquisition and Advertising workspaces.
Lead-generation reports and audience templates
Google Analytics has also released default reports tailored to lead marketers. The Lead Acquisition Report identifies the first session that produced a prospect, while the Lead Disqualification and Loss Report highlights where potential customers exit the funnel. Eight new audience templates - including qualified, converted, and new leads - support remarketing and exclusion strategies across connected ad platforms.
Key details
- Reports require the recommended lead gen event schema.
- Eligible properties receive the templates automatically once event tagging is in place.
- Audiences can sync to Google Ads or any other connected destination.
Why it matters
The Reddit Ads connection joins existing cost import options for Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and LinkedIn Ads, further centralizing cross-channel performance analysis. The new lead-generation reports build on the ecommerce templates introduced in 2023, giving B2B and service-focused marketers a clearer view of their funnels.
