Google introduced two AI advisors for its ad and analytics platforms: Ads Advisor for Google Ads and Analytics Advisor for Google Analytics. Powered by Gemini, both begin rolling out to English-language accounts globally in early December and appear directly inside the Google Ads and Google Analytics interfaces.
Google Ads Advisor and Analytics Advisor
Ads Advisor surfaces optimization recommendations within Google Ads and, after review and approval, can apply selected changes. It can generate campaign assets from your site and existing materials, including keywords, headlines, and ad copy. It can answer diagnostic questions about performance shifts, identify likely causes, propose fixes for review, and flag policy violations while suggesting URL edits for approval.
Analytics Advisor adds a conversational experience to Google Analytics Standard and Analytics 360. It supports natural-language questions, returning visualizations and insights within the Analytics interface. When metrics spike or drop, it performs key-driver analysis and connects findings to in-product guidance on potential actions.
Both advisors use Gemini to power responses, operate within existing account permissions, and require explicit approval before Ads changes are executed.
